It was in the city of Venice, Italy, where the first coffee in Europe arrived in the 17th century. In 1901, Luigi Bezzera reduced the preparation time of coffee by creating a coffee machine, and go down in history as the inventor of espresso.
A classic cup of Italian Espresso should have a crisp and velvety crema, a sweet, nutty and full-bodied flavor, and a rich and persistent aftertaste.
Our blend uses a dry process Brazil Cerrado as the base, supplemented with the chocolatey and nutty flavors of a semi-washed Papua Wamena, and highlighted with the floral sweetness of a full-washed Tanzania Kilimanjaro.
